I
was born on a small farm in
Leitchfield, Kentucky. I
graduated from Leitchfield High
School and attended Southern
Missionary College.
I
have been an Adventist since the
age of thirteen and taught
Adventist school since the age
of nineteen. My career has
spanned 42 years, thirtysix of
of which have been at Highland
Elementary. All of my
service has been in the
Kentucky-Tennessee Conference.
Bill
Wortham, my brother is the
extent of my family.
Gizmo, a Peekapoo, is my only
pet and we spend many hours
walking and playing ball.
My
hobbies are: letter writing,
flower gardening, collecting
wrought iron pieces, Native
American, and Amish
collectibles.
The
reason I teach at HE is to lead
youth to Christ and help them
get ready for Heaven. |
